How do I order Stampin’ Up! products online
Q: How do I order products online?
A: It’s easy and here are the steps!
1. Go to my online store – http://shopcrazywithalison.com
2. Check that my name is in the upper left corner along with the Canadian flag
3. Create an account for online shopping (or sign into your existing account)
4. You can search the store (click on the magnifying glass) if you know the item # or product name.
5. Click on Add to Cart button and the item will go in your shopping cart.
6. If You have a Hostess Code from a friend’s workshop or online party make sure to enter it into the box as shown in the highlighted area sample below – be sure and click the APPLY box! I always have a Hostess Code order open and when you use it or when you have a qualifying order ($200 or more) you receive a free gift in the mail as a thank you. Click here for current code.
IF YOU ARE ON A PHONE click the 3 lines i the upper left corner and my name will appear at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
Q: Can I save the items in my shopping bag and finish my order later.
A: Yes you can – the items will be there when your return to your account.
Q: Can I create a wish list?
A. YES – this is a new feature. When you find an item you’d like to “save” in a wish list just click the heart image on the page. When you want to look at your Wish List click on the heart image in the upper right corner. You can add items from your wish list to your cart anytime.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: I currently accept credit card payments made using Visa and MasterCard. If you are placing orders through email or phone you can also pay by e-transfer.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: It will depend on where you live in Canada. Orders using ship within 1 – 2 days (not including weekends) and can arrive anywhere from 5 – 10 business days. Products must clear Canada Customs and that can also cause delays. After placing your order you will receive an email with shipping information once it is ready to go. Orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS)
Q: What are Stampin’ Rewards, and how do I earn them?
A: The Stampin’ Rewards program awards you with rewards dollars which you may redeem for exclusive products when you place a qualifying order through my website. You will be promoted once your order reaches $200.
