Each quarter I run a program called Stamps in the Mail University which is a class by mail. Here are the cards for the month of November using the Season of Joy stamp set.
I used the designer paper from the I Wish Simply Scrappin' Kit – it's so beautiful. "I Wish" they had it in a package separate from the kit.
The card is a Criss Card card and this is the inside card.
This card uses the same designer papers. You can get the different colours on your stamp by using the Direct to Rubber Technique along with Stampin' Write Markers.

To get the different colours on the tree I first stamped the entire image in the Old Olive ink. Then I carefully wiped off the green from the star and trunk of the tree. Add the yellow for the star and the brown for the trunk using the Direct to Rubber Technique and Stampin' Write markers.
Last but not least – this is a simple card but I like the clean look of the design.
The next round will start in February and run for three consecutive months until April. The stamp set will be determined after the release of the new catalogue on January 18th!
