Hello Stampers,
One of my downline, Karen Bernoe, popped in on Monday with a bouquet of lovely tulips for me. No reason..just dropped them off for me. So sweet of her. I had to get my daughter to answer the door as I was still in my pj's at noon! So was my daughter but she threw on a sweater – that wouldn't have made me presentable enough to answer the door. LOL I just get caught up in the day and when I look at the clock it's lunchtime! Bad habit – I'm going to have to try harder to have a shower when I get up and get dressed BEFORE I start working. But it's 11:47 am and I'm still not dressed…oh well.
Thanks Karen for brightening my day and my living room – it looks like spring as I replaced the Poinsettia with the tulips.
Karen joined my friend Liane and I yesterday for some stamping fun and she brought each of us this adorable Valentine's Treat Box…oh yeah…she also brought a fabulous Cobs Bakery apple coffee cake – yummy.
I watched the Inauguration of President Obama yesterday and was very moved by the ceremony and his amazing speech. My American friends must be so proud of him and their country today. He has a long and difficult road ahead but the world (at least in Canada – you wouldn't believe the interest in this President North of the border!) is with him! Well done!
Happy Stamping,
Alison
