Hello Stampers,
More cards from friends and customers – I love them all!
From my customer and friend Isabel Eckford and a Scot too! We share lots of stories about Scotland – so fun!
From Barb Marples – I think Barb used the dryer sheet technique (not sure?) and this is so beautiful in person – it really looks like a snowy wonderland.
Jill McNab – this is sparkly in real life (hard to capture in a picture) and the colour scheme is perfect for Christmas!
Vicki Drinovz – aren't these little snow people adorable? Snuggling up together to keep warm – they better be careful or else they'll melt! So cute!
Lisa Pedrini – my downline – beautiful card – I really love the non-traditional colours and of course Dasher too!
From my sister (and fellow SU! demo in Toronto) Mo Dickie – Mo actually sent us three handmade cards (one each) – this is the one she sent to my son Ian – isn't it adorable – pull the ribbon and santa rides across the card!
I CASED this card from a number of different samples I found online – it was really fun to make – it uses both the torn edge and masking techniques – it was for my son and enclosed his Grouse Mountain ski pass. The message was "No spills, thrills or broken bones" – last year it was his collar bone so hopefully we'll have a clean slate this year (touch wood!).
Last of my cards tomorrow….I think!
Alison
