Friends Never Fade

Hello Stampers,

When I was on the cruise to Southern Caribbean with Stampin' Up! in May I WON a stamp set in the prize draw.  It was the Friends Never Fade set from the catalogue and it matches the Greenhouse Gala Designer Paper beautifully.

Stamps: Friends Never Fade, Occasional Quotations (Hostess set)

Ink & Cardstock: Pear Pizzaz, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie

Red Satin Ribbon, Pumpkin Gros Grain Ribbon, Ribbon Slide and 1/2 pearl

I used the direct to rubber technique on this card – you use markers to add colour to the rubber and then stamp on the cardstock.  This is an easy way to add different colours to parts of the image.
