Hello Stampers,
I'm thrilled to feature a guest artist on my blog today – Carolyn Haist. I received these cards as part of my "Sista Swap" I did with my two sisters, Mo Dickie & Ellie Blake. Carolyn is a long time customer and friend of Mo.
The first one is stunning! Carolyn has "weaved" the strips of DP and embossed cardstock for the background.
She has embossed the image in white and added our new little rhinestones to bling it up!
This is a gorgeous card in person!
Stamps: Friends Never Fade
There are so many wonderful elements to this card I don't know where to start…how about the glitter around the inside of the flower, finished off with one of our pearl accents? Or the corner rounding of each piece of cardstock on the two right corners of each piece? Or the paper piercing on the Pear Pizzaz and Baja Breeze pieces? Or the flower that's popped up to give dimension? Or how about the esquisite and perfect satin bow. This card is amazing!
Stamps: Friends Never Fade
Other: Greenhouse Gala Designer Paper
This is the last card that Carolyn made using the Friends Never Fade stamp set and it's so pretty! The little card on the front opens to reveal the message 'Just for You'. I LOVE the way Carolyn tied the ribbon on this card. First she used the Satin Ribbon across the card tying it in a simple bow and then folded it back on itself and then tied the little card on with the 1/8" taffetta ribbon. So beautiful and it finishes off this card perfectly. She also added a little rhinestone for bling!
Friends Never Fade stamp set is available in both Clear and Wood Mount options.
There is a matching single stamp called Ornate Blossom that is larger than the same image in the Friends Never Fade set. This allows you to use it together with the smaller image for even more possiblities.
You can order these by emailing me or by visiting my online shopping cart. Just click on SHOP NOW in the top right corner to get started. Remember, any purchased made online while I'm at Convention qualify for double dollar points on your Customer Appreciation Cards! See my post of July 20th for more details!
What is a Customer Appreciation Card? For every $20 my customers spend (online, at classes, at workshops and at clubs) count for one punch on my Customer Appreciation Card. Once the card is full (15 punches) my customers receive $20 off their next catalogue order! I keep the cards in my studio so it's easy to keep track of your purchases and you'll never misplace you card!
Happy Stamping,
Alison
