Hello Stampers,
WOW – what an Open House this year – over 80 people came through the doors and over 65 completed the free make n' takes. I had hundreds of cards on display and the cameras were out in full force! I hope you all had a good time.
Here are some "before" pictures – meaning before the "rush" but I always forget to take pictures when the place is full of frenzied stampers!
The make n' takes area. There were two cards using new stamps/products from the Idea Book & Catalogue.
It was a challenge to get 65 people through in just a few hours but Farah, my able assistant, sure did a good job!
The garage sale - tons of stuff had to go and Rachel handled it beautifully like she does every year.
I went from 6 full boxes to 1 1/2! Yeah!
There are some great stamp deals left – click here to see what's left for sale.
These were the early birds which is why it seems quiet LOL
This was my first swap card. My sister, Mo Dickie in Toronto, designed this for a card swap we did together and I loved it! It's so simple but elegant.

The second make n' take was designed by me using a Post Card I purchased in Paris last fall.
I stamped the Eiffel Tower 3 times, each time punching out a section of the image using the 1 1/4" square punch. Each square is layered on a piece of black cardstock punched with the 1 3/8" square punch.
