Hi Stampers,
At our regular monthly meeting last week I shared some of the highlights of Convention with my team – we had a great turnout considering it was the summer. My downline, Kathryn Jung, gave an awesome presentation on what she learned at Convention.
We always have a swap and this month almost everyone participated – I think we had about 16 people take part out of the 25 people that came so that was awesome. We all make 10 swap cards and then we receive 10 in return. I'll share some of the swaps with you in the next few posts. My customers love to see what other demonstrators create as we all have different styles.
I did want to thank my wonderful group of demonstrators who form my team, Canada Inks Up! They baked me a cake and wrote "Congratulations Alison" on the top to celebrate my recent placement as the #15 Demonstrator of the Year for Canada. Then they presented me with a card (handmade of course) with some wonderful sentiments and good wishes. I loved reading all the messages. I don't have an upline (a person who helps me with my business because I signed up with Stampin' Up! direct to the company) so I usually don't get any feedback on my accomplishments – it was so much better to receive congratulations from my downline – it meant so much to me!
Thanks Kathryn for the yummy Grand Marnier cake!
Happy Stamping,
Alison
