Hello Stampers,
I've been busy creating and teaching that I've neglected my blog this week – sorry about that!
This is my latest Tri-Shutter Album offering – A Paris Theme – and it was really fun to put together. I'm becoming addicted to these albums and so are my customers!
This is the outside of the album.
I received a fabulous swap card from my friend Maureen McGrail at Convention and I used it as the focal point of the album.
Stamps: Winter Post, Artistic Etchings, Define Your Life, Extreme Elements
Accessories: Antique Brads (I've gone through a container already – LOVE THEM!), Basic Black Striped Grosgrain & Satin Ribbon, Pearls
Cardstock: Basic Black, Very Vanilla & Newsprint DP
I used the papers from the Newprint Designer Paper on the inside panels. I also used stamps with neutral inks (Crumb Cake, Black, Chocolate, Espresso) to stamp some of the panels.
This is a close up of the flower element – we learned how to make these ribbon flowers at Convention and they are quite addicting to make.
The brad is from the Antique Brads and I added a 1/2 pearl to the top.
I added a row of the 1/2 pearls to the crown.
I finished the album with pictures from my Paris trip.
Repeat Class Time – Saturday, September 25th at 2:00 pm – $30
Happy Stamping,
Alison
