Hello Stampers,
Last year I attended a special event in Salt Lake City as the guest of Stampin' Up! and one of the parting gifts was a beautiful journal that had been created using My Digital Studio. I love it so much I haven't wanted to write in it yet – you know how that is right?
With May being National Scrapbooking Month and with My Digital Studios being an awesome way to create cards, journals, calendars and scrapbooks I thought I would try some simple projects using the software. When I first got the program I was a bit intimidated but did manage to create and print a little book about our dog, Cooper. Then it sat on the shelf for the last year.
Two weeks ago, my friends Liane and Eleonor, came over to play with the software and to force each other out of our comfort zones. We've decided to meet each week to learn a little bit more and I can't believe how quickly I've caught on to the ins and outs of the program and how comfortable I am in such a short time!
I've just submitted two projects for printing – a little soft cover album all about Leadership Conference and a journal. Both were really easy but the journal is an absolute snap to create.
I recreated the journal that Stampin' Up! gave me in just under 1/2 hour!
Here's the cover. This was so easy and fun! I actually think I'm addicted to the program now.
If you'd like to learn more about the program and how it works please come to my FREE demonstration.
Date: Thursday, June 16th at 7:00 pm OR
Saturday, June 18th at 10:30 am
I will be offering a set of classes using the software for anyone who has purchased it or purchases it after the demonstration. We'll learn how to create cards, scrapbooks, journals and more!
Contact me to sign up for the demonstration!
Off to create more books and stuff….
Happy Stamping,
Alison
