Hello Stampers,
Isn't this the cutest card!? It uses the technique called "Second Generation" or "Stamp Off". First stamp the dog image full strength and then stamp it again slightly to the left of the first image. Keep stamping (without reinking) a few more times, moving the image to the left each time. It looks like the dog is running onto the card.
