Hello Stampers,
My son and his "gang" of soccer buddies were in a tournament earlier this month and they won. I think it was the only nice day we've had in the past few weeks so it was a lovely day of sunshine and soccer! Their charity was Athletics for Kids which provides funding for kids who can't affort to play sports. They raised over $1,600 so they were thrilled with the amount and their trophies! My son, Ian, is on the far left beside the guys that look like "highlighters" – those jerseys were bright!
Here they are with the CEO of SeaSpan with their cheque for their charity. Ian is on the far left (standing).
Speaking of Teams – It won't be long until my team and I head out to Stampin' Up!'s Convention in Salt Lake City. In preparation a few of us are getting together to stamp our swaps (or get started at least). Swapping is one of the best things about Convention – it's how I get so many beautiful samples to share with my customers and downline. I'm hoping to make at least 200 before we leave on July 17th.
Just like soccer no one person can do it alone – the saying in soccer is "there is no "I" in TEAM" and that's how my Canada Inks Up! group of demonstrators feel too! We all work together and share ideas (both stamping and business) which strengthens all of us individually. We have team members from across Canada so your location isn't an issue.
If you've ever considered becoming a discount purchaser with Stampin' Up! you can't miss out on the deal being offered in June. If you look through your Wish List from the new catalogue and the total is more than $125 you should seriously consider joining my team. In addition to the $155 worth or products you can pick for your kit, this month you will receive an additional bundle of products totalling $60! Add to that a special class (I'll email you these instructions!) you can make using your bonus products and you will receive more than $250 for your $125 investment. Please email me to learn how you can join and continue to receive discounts on all your future purchases! AND I've see the new Holiday Catalogue (being launched in August) and you'll want to be a demonstrator so you can take advantage of the pre-order period in July! Click here for more information!
Happy Stamping!
Alison
