Stamp Crazy with Alison

Paper Pumpkin Ideas

May 23, 2013 by Alison Solven

23 May

Hello Stampers,

Paper Pumpkin is a subscription service where you receive a surprise box of goodies each month.  The project could be cards, 3D items, journals – anything using papercrafting products.  The focus on the program is to bring you a box of goodies (exclusive stamps not available in other publications), ink and all the pre-cut materials to create a wonderful project – all in under 30 minutes!  It's great for newbies, or as a gift for a young person, or for someone who doesn't have a lot of space or time for crafting!  They are also great for experienced stampers as a starting off point – we addicts are good at altering the projects to suit our needs! LOL

Here is an example of some amazing cards that you could have made with the April kit.

And here is an example of a card made using the stamps from the Paper Pumpkin kit in another card. Made by Amy O'Neill and posted to Pinterest!

If you don't like the sayings "love your guts" you don't have to use them.  BUT I loved the word stamp 'Seriously" – I must say this 10 times a day!  So while I didn't love the other 2 sayings (although wouldn't Love Your Guts be great for a halloween card?)

So you can use Seriously…have a Happy Birthday or Seriously…thank you so much!  You get the idea.

The cards that come with the kit are great – use them with a different saying altogether.

I hope you get the idea that while the kit works perfectly for newbies it also works for those of us who want to create our own projects with the stamps/accessories.  Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater – in other words – if you don't like the cards as presented just switch them up!

Remember you must enroll for the program by the 10th of each month to receive that month's kit.  It always a surprise and you can opt in and out each month if you wish.

As a reminder here is the contents of the welcome kit…this is always the first one you receive in your new subscription!

Every other month is a surprise. :)  How many fun surprises do we get each month in the mail – not counting the credit card bill which might not be a good surprise!

Email me to help you enroll or to answer any of your questions.
