Hello Stampers,
It's Border Buddy Saturday again and it's Alison here!
Who doesn't LOVE Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney in White Christmas? Seriously it's a classic. I LOVE this new stamp set in the Holiday Catalogue and it's called White Christmas!
It's a photopolymer stamp set with 13 stamps. I love photopolymer (never thought I would) because they stick to the block like glue AND I can see right through them for easy placement. And they are pliable so if you want to stretch or curve them you can for a different placement.
And it's a perfect stamp set for Dazzling Diamonds Glitter – it is now everywhere in my studio. That's how you can tell it's time to make Christmas cards!
Isn't this card adorable? I stamped it and then cut up the stamped piece into four equal pieces, mounted it on another piece so it looks like you are looking through a window pane.
Measurements – stamped piece is 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" (cut into four equal pieces so 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" each) and the piece it's mounted on is 4" x 4"
I belong to a monthly swap group and this gorgeous card is by my downline, Yvonne Jackson using the same set. Stunning!
Yvonne used the White Christmas set with the All is Calm Speciality Designer Series
Paper (#135823) – don't you love the little cardinal on the branch of the tree? She also embossed the images in black before colouring them.
