Hello Stampers,
It's Border Buddies Saturday and it's Patsy Here.
The One Sheet Wonder is by far the most popular thing I share. And it is so much fun to make. I have made cards using this template over and over again and it is always so much fun and the cards all look so different. You can create 9 different cards with the template I created a few years back.
Here is the double sided sheet I choose from the Into The Woods Designer Series Paper which I cut to 8 1/2" x 11" for my project. This paper has been so popular it is on a back order right now, but be sure to put it on your next order, so you will be next in line when it is available. However you could take any designer paper and duplicate these cards easily or stamp a piece of 8 1/2" x 11" cardstock to create your own background. Today I am going to share three of the cards I made with three of the pieces from my one sheet wonder.
The first card is using piece C from the one sheet wonder. I stamped Happy Birthday from the Rememering Your Birthday stamp set in Early Espresso Classic Ink. The bow is Daffodil Delight Seam Binding. I love our seambinding in so many fun colors. It is easy to tie and lies pretty flat for easy mailing.
The second card is using piece A from the one sheet wonder. The Acorn is from the Acorny Thank You stamp set. It has a coordinating punch making it easy peasy to punch out. Did you notice the little tiny scallop early espresso strip sticking out from the patterned paper? This was made using our fun changeable blades in the personal paper cutter.
The second card is using piece A from the one sheet wonder. The soft yellow is on the other side of the bright bold colors. For the acorn I just sponges a little of the Soft Suede Ink and the Daffodil Delight on the stamp to give it some blended color. This will be a nice card to give to my honey when he returns from his fall pheasant hunting trip.
Hope you try creating some cards using the One Sheet Wonder!
