I love all the layers in this card – just by cutting out the plane and popping it up with dimensionals gives the card movement! You can make the clouds with 1/2 Scallop Punch.
This card is so simple – just randomly stamp the plane on the Old Olive cardstock and add the sentiment on a die cut shape. A little ribbon and you are all done!
