I used one of the sentiments from the Party Pants stamps to create this card along with the gorgeous Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack.

The stripes on this card are actually the White Glitter Tape coloured with ink and a daubler (or sponge). Watch this video from Stampin' Up! on how to achieve this effect:
