I love this bright and fun card by my friend Liane. The balloons truly are floating away on the card. Balloon Celebration Photopolymer stamp set was in the Occasions catalogue and I was thrilled to see it back in our Annual Catalogue! The matching Balloon Bouquet Punch makes is easy to stamp and punch out the balloons.
This card features a really cool technique with the embossed strip. I've included the instructions to recreate this effect – it's easy once you know the trick!
The Balloon Celebration stamp set has 28 images including several sentiment images like the Happy Birthday on this card. I love the font because it looks hand written.
