Touches of Texture – Border Buddy Free Cards in December

My amazing Border Buddy, Patsy Waggoner from Minnesota, and I have been working together as a team for over 3 years now.  We offer the same service to customers on both sides of our border – the United States (Patsy) and Canada (me!).  One of the programs we offer is our Border Buddy Free Card offer.  When you purchase Stampin' Up! products from our online stores we send you free cards! How cool is that, right?! Plus we also send you a PDF with 8 projects for you to make at home. 

In December one of the stamp sets we are featuring is Touches of Texture from the Annual Catalogue.  When you placed an order online you will receive instructions for four beautiful cards using this stamp set.  If your order is $50 or more you also receive two handmade cards in the mail from our monthly PDF. One of my demonstrator friends (who is much younger than me) says "you aren't old Alison, you are vintage" which sounds so much better.

Today I am featuring another card using this versatile stamp set.  You can create a lovely vintage card with the right colours, some distressing and layering!

My favourite "go to" product for any vintage looking card is the Linen Thread.  Just adding some of this make any card look "aged" and warm.
