I'm loving the Beautiful You Stamp set in the Occasions Catalogue. You can easily colour the image with the brand new Watercolor Pencils and either a blender pen or aqua painter.
My card today using a technique called Paper Piercing. The woman is stamped once on the card and again on a piece of Blooms & Bliss Designer Series Paper. The DSP umbrella is cut out and glue on top of the stamp image. We aren't big on umbrellas here, in fact we joke that you can always tell a tourist because they have umbrellas – we just put up our hoods and walk quickly.
Don't you love the soft look of the Watercolor Pencils on her dress? We get a lot of rain in Vancouver, where I live, and I sure wish I looked this good walking in it.
Check out this Stampin' Up! video on how to use the Watercolor Pencils.
Here's another beautiful card using the Watercolour Pencils. You can use either an Aqua Painter or Blender Pen. Watercolor Paper and Shimmery White cardstock are perfect for this technique.
