It's Card Swap Sunday the time when I share a swap card I've received from my friends or one I've created for a swap. Today's swap was made by my friend Lisa Althouse and features the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set.
Lisa used the emboss resist technique in her card and in such an interesting way. She stamp the dragonfly on the Designer Series Paper Stack piece in Versamark, added White Emboss Powder and heat set. Then the Rich Razzleberry ink is brayered over the entire piece so the dragonfly just "pop".
You can buff up the dragonfly with a tissue because the ink will resist the embossing. Isn't it gorgeous?
The sentiment is from the Beautiful You stamp set and the Stitched Shapes Framelits make any sentiment stand out. I love everything about Lisa's card.
