It's Card Swap Sunday and today I'm sharing a card from my team member, Diane Evans. Diane used the Life Me Up stamp set and matching Up & Away Thinlits Dies. I loved the colours Diane used in her card – Blushing Bride, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla.
The frame of the balloon is the negative piece (the area left over when you cut out the detailed balloon) and then it's popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals. Then the detailed balloon is recessed back into the opening. It so effective when you add the other balloons popped up in front to create the 3-D look.
