Just in Case – Celebrate Today & Balloon Framelits

It's Just in Case Thursday today.  This is the day that Patsy Waggoner and I use a project form one of our current publications and recreate it or use it as inspiration for our design.

Today's card is based on this one from page 4 of the Occasions Catalogue using the Balloon Adventures Stamp Set and coordinating Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies which are both retiring at the end of May.  The dies are on sale but are only available while supplies last!

I choose Emerald Envy as the cardbase and Crushed Curry for the balloon.  You can add dimension to the balloon by stamping the dots on top.  With the photopolymer stamps it's easy to see exactly where you want to place them.  I added a few rhinestones just to give it some bling.

The Celebrate Today stamp set and matching Balloon Framelits are also retiring in May so you'll want to order them before they sell out.
