I'm always so amazed by the brilliant ideas crafters come up with when they look at our products and see something totally different. I'm not that brilliant myself and sometimes I see what they come up with and I'm blown away. Case in point. Using the flowers in the Painted Harvest Stamp Set to make hedeghogs.
How adorable is this little hedgehog? I mean he's just sitting here in the grass. I'm not sure who came up with the original idea but I am in awe of their vision.
The background on today's card is made with the large background stamp called Tree Rings. It coordinates so perfectly with the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack.
Here's another card featuring a "sunflower" hedgehog made for me by my friend Liane Binder. Isn't he cute?
I love all the squiglly lines around the card. I know that Liane found this card on line created by a Stampin' Up! demonstrator in the Netherlands. Such a talented stamper!
I just love how he pokes through the leaves on this card.

My son has chosen the hedgehog as his icon on FB and Skype. I have been able to find some hedgehog stamps from various places but this one was so unexpected and he’ll love it!!
