Border Buddy Saturday – Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit

It's Border Buddy Saturday and it's Alison here this week! Patsy and I offer a free PDF with 8 cards each month to anyone who places an online order.  Each month we feature products from a "Suite" in one of our current catalogues.  In March we are featuring the Sweet Soiree Suite.

Today's care uses the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit including the gorgeous velvet ribbon and tassel.  The cake is a die cut that I coloured with our fabulous Stampin' Blends.  If you prefer you could also stamp the cake with the Cake Soiree stamp set, emboss in silver and cut out with the matching Sweet Cake Framelits Die.  

The kit includes:

• 2 sheets vellum/silver foil die cuts
• 2 sheets printed cardstock/silver foil die-cuts
• 1 sheet white cardstock/silver foil die-cut numbers
• 6 – 1" mini paper/silver foil tassels with jump rings
• 1/8" Washi Tape
• 12 – 1" white mini clothespins
• Marine Mist 3/8" Scalloped Velvet Ribbon (1 yard)
• Berry Burst, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Marina Mist, Old Olive

The patterned paper is from the Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper.  It's a specialty paper because one side of each sheet features a silver foil accent which adds texture to the handprinted designs.
