It's Just in Case Thursday! This is a weekly series where Patsy Waggoner and I share a card inspired by a project in one of our current publications. Sometimes we CASE (copy and share everything) exactly and sometimes we use it as a starting point to create a totally different card!
Today's inspiration is from page 82 of the Annual Catalogue using the Cool Treats stamp set.
My take on this layout uses the Watts of Occasions stamp set which is absolutely adorable.
I loved the colours in the original card so I used the same palette for my card. I thought the offsetting of all the layers added interest and it was such an easy thing to do.
I used the light bulb with the heart and coloured it with Pink Pirouette Dark Stampin' Blend and added Wink of Stella to bling it up. The sentiment is stamped and embossed to make it pop. I then cut the words in strips and mounted it on my card. The Silver Metallic Thread was added behind the focal image circle to add some extra interest.

And Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist are a hit again. No matter what type of card is made, the two colors are amazing for the card.
Pinks are my favorite colors!!!
I agree – love these together…I used them a lot!
Thanks Lucie – I’m trying to bring some bright colours to the dull winter here!
