It's Just in Case Thursday, the day where Patsy and I share a card we've CASED from one of our current publications. Sometimes we copy it exactly and sometimes we change the stamp set, embellishment and/or colours.
CASE = Copy and Selectively Edit
My card is based on a project from page 18 of the Holiday Catalogue featuring the products from the Santa's Workshop Suite.
This week I copied the card exactly as shown in the catalogue. Our catalogues have awesome projects created by amazing concept artists at Stampin' Up! Sometimes it's easier to just copy one of their amazing ideas!
I love the images in the Signs of Santa Stamp Set – they are so whimsical and adorable! You can either stamp the images (which I did on this card) and cut them out with the matching framelits (yup no fussy cutting!) OR you can cut the same image out of the Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper! Isn't that cool?
Here's how some of the dies line up with the printed patterned paper from the Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper.
The paper is playful, hand-drawn designs with white flocking on one side of four of the sheets. Includes 12 sheets, 2 each of 6 double-sided designs in 12" x 12" and coordinates with Basic Black, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Early Espresso, Garden Green, Poppy Parade, Smoky Slate and Whisper White. And…it coordinates with the Santa's Signpost Framelits! When you bundle the stamps and framelits together you save 10%
