Card Swap Sunday – Winter Woods Bundle

It's Card Swap Sunday and today I'm sharing a card I received in a swap from my friend Jenn Tinline which uses the Winter Woods Stamp Set from the Holiday Catalogue.

Jenn started by embossing the trees in white and heat set. This technique is called Emboss Resist but this card has a twist. Instead of daubing on ink or adding it with aqua painters, Jenn used a fun spray to create this technique.

Jenn used a spritzer bottle filled 2/3 with rubbing alcohol, a few drops of Frost White Shimmer Paint and a a few drops of Pool Party ink refill.  She sprayed it on the background to create this gorgeous background. It's hard to capture how gorgeous this card is in a picture but it's sparkly and elegant!
