One Sheet Wonder – Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper

Every Tuesday Patsy and I share a card we have created with a  sheet of patterned paper from a Designer Series Paper pack using a One Sheet Wonder pattern. In May we are using the Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper.

Today's card uses Piece F (3 1/2" x 4 1/4") from the One Sheet Wonder Pattern (scroll down) and the Bloom by Bloom Stamp Set from the Happpiness Blooms Suite (page 24) in the Occasions Catalogue.

The Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper is so bright and fun and coordinates with the Call Me Clover, Calypso Coral, Lovely Lipstick, Night of Navy, Pineapple Punch and Whisper White. We choose the design with the bright flowers pattern on one side and green/blue background on the reverse for our cards this month.

My card today features a card from the Happiness Blooms Memories & More Card Pack.

The kit includes 50 double-side cards (2 each of 24 designs) in 3" x 4" and 4" x 6" sizes; 6 single-side 4" x 6" specialty cards; 4 sticker sheets.

Here's how to make today's card with piece G from the pattern.

Measurements:

Calypso Coral – 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Happiness Blooms Designer Series Paper – 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" cut diagonally (piece G)
Happiness Blooms Memories & More Card Pack – 1 printed 4" x 6" card (cut to 5 1/2" x 2 1/2")

Instructions:

1. Score the Calypso Coral cardstock at 4 1/4" and fold to form card front.
   
2. Emboss the front of the card with the Dot to Dot Embossing Folder and Big Shot.
3. Glue the diagonal piece (Piece G) of Designer Series Paper to the lower right corner of the card front.
4. Cut the 4" x 6" Memories & More Card to 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" and glue to the middle of the card.
5. Tie a bow in the Calypso Coral ribbon and glue dot to the top left corner of the card.
