My online store for my Stampin' Up! products updates tomorrow on August 4th. The new store has a fresh new look and will be easier to navigate with larger images and easy to add items to the cart. It also has an awesome search feature and even a wish list option where you can save your favourite items to purchase later.
While changes can be hard they can also be fun and a good thing. There is a saying "A change is as good as a rest" and in the case of the new store this is especially true.
If you are like me you bookmark your favourite places to shop and save your passwords, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you visit. When the new store launches that won't be the case.
Here is what you need to know now and after August 4th.
Do you know your password? Meaning do you have it written down or committed to memory?
If your answer is YES
When you visit the store after August 4 the login information may "autofill" meaning that your login and password will automatically populate. If this happens you will need to clear out the information and re-enter your username and password. Easy peasy!
If your answer is NO
There are two options for you:
Option 1 – must be done prior to August 4 when the new store is launched.
Go to you online store and sign in.
In the upper right corner you will see My Account.
Click on the link.
Click on E-Mail/Passwords tab (first one)
Choose a new password, confirm password and save it.
Write it down in a safe place for the next time you want to shop after August 4th.
Option 2 – If you can't access your account after August 4 because your password won't work or if you can't remember it.
1. Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link password to reset yours (be sure to check your junk folder for the reset email!)
2. If that doesn’t work call the support line at 1-800-Stamp-Up to get them to help you. August 4 will be a very busy call day, so you may want to wait a day or two.
3. Please let me know if you have any questions or have difficulty.
This is what the new online store home page may look like. They may have the new Aug-Dec Mini Catalogue image and link up instead of the Annual Catalogue.
Three things to look for to make sure you are shopping with me.
- You should see that you are shopping in Canada in the upper left corner.
- You can choose either Canada English or Canada French (yes you can shop online if you live in QC now!)
- You should see my Name Alison Solven on the left hand side.
- You will see the sign in, in the upper right-hand corner.
Why do you want to make sure you are shopping with me.
- I give away free gifts!
- I send out free cards and a monthly PDF!
- I have customer rewards!
- So make sure you are shopping with me and not using guest checkout.
