Each Sunday Alison Solven (my border buddy) and I take turns creating a card using one of our card sketches. Sketches can help to get your creativity fired up. They are open to interpretation, no real right or wrong way.
Today's card features the Friendship of Flowers stamp set (155358) and Flowers & Leaves Punch (155373). When you purchase the stamp set and punch in the bundle (155590) you save 10%
You can create a card exactly using the sketch layout or change it up a bit. You can also turn the sketch so if it is a vertical sketch you might want to turn it to be horizontal. Let your imagination run wild!

The flower imagery of the set mixes simplicity and elegance. It's perfect for different coloring and stamping techniques. I colored my stamped image with Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers (Pale Papaya and Mint Macaron). They help you create highlights and shadows for a 3D coloring effect and so fun to use.
The paper bow was cut out of Pale Papaya cardstock using the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and the Pierced Blooms Dies. This flat bow can add a sweet touch to any card and is great for mailing.
