All the penguins in this sheet of designer paper can be punched out with the Penguin Builder Punch which is part of the bundle, this is one of the double sided sheets in the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper.

The little penguin standing by the igloo is one that I punched out The hat and scarf are stamped using the stamp set and cut out using the paper snips. The paper snips precision-ground stainless steel tips cut cleanly all the way to the end of the blades, making it easy for even the hand cutting challenged (like myself).
