I love the bright and fun theme for this card. I made a stencil from copy paper and the cloud punch, daubed white craft ink and added white emboss powder. I love this background.
I cut out four rainbows with the Brilliant Rainbow Dies from Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness and Mango Melody. I divided them into groups to create four rainbows. In my video below you’ll see some tips on how to easy store and evenly spread out the rings.
