Pretty Poinsettia Bundle

One of my favourite things about the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle is how beautifully it lends itself to different colouring techniques. Whether you blend inks, add shimmer, or simply let the detailed dies do the work, you’ll be amazed at how easily you can create dimensional poinsettias that look stunning in any colour palette.

This card showcases just how versatile the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle can be. A Peaceful Pines card base is layered with Calypso Coral Two-Tone Cardstock, while a strip of 2026–2028 In Color™ Gingham Gallery 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper adds subtle pattern and ties the colours together beautifully.

The layered poinsettia and foliage are die-cut from Watercolor Paper, allowing the embossed details to really shine. The petals were blended with Calypso Coral Ink and finished with the Barely Blush Shimmer Brush for a soft pearlescent glow. The leaves were coloured with Peaceful Pines Ink and enhanced with the Peaceful Pines Shimmer Brush, adding depth and a subtle shimmer. A Rhinestone in the centre of the flower, along with a few scattered across the card, provides the perfect finishing touch.

The fresh combination of coral, soft green, and shimmering accents offers a modern interpretation of the classic poinsettia, proving that Christmas cards don’t have to rely on traditional reds and greens to make a beautiful statement.
