It's Thursday and that's time for my weekly series – Just in Case. My border buddy Patsy and I each design a project based on a design from our current catalogues. Sometimes we change up the colours or stamp set and sometimes we copy it exactly.
CASE = Copy and Share Everything
Today I'm sharing a gorgeous card using the Night in Bethlehem bundle of products featured on page 26 of the 2017 Holiday Catalogue.
I started by stamping the stars on Glossy Cardstock in Versamark ink and then added White Emboss Powder and heat set it. I then used our Sponge Brayer and Island Indigo ink to apply colour over the entire piece. The embossed stars resist the ink and shine through. The buildings are cut form the Champagne Foil Sheets (a new product in the Holiday Catalogue). Then I just popped up the city with dimensionals. It not a difficult card to make and it's so gorgeous in person.
This is a direct CASE from the catalogue. I find that if I'm stuck for ideas our catalogues are a wonderful resource for getting your stamping mojo in gear.
Here's the products I used in today's card:
And remember to leave a comment on my my posts and be entered into a draw for all the Just in Case cards for the month!
Let's go see what's Patsy CASED today.
