Altered Bandaid Tins

November 8, 2006 by Alison Solven

8 Nov

Good Morning Stampers,

100_3514 Ohhhh….I’m loving these little bandaid tins – so cute and fast to decorate.  You can whip one of these up in less than 15 minutes.  Here’s what I’ve come up with for an upcoming class – we’ll decorate the tin with Christmas designer papers and then fill it with holiday tags.  Please join me on November 26th – check out my calendar at my SU! website – www.asolven.stampinup.net or click on the link to the left of this message.

I used the Holiday Thyme designer paper – this paper is 12 x 12 and is double sided – I used one side to cover the tin and the other side as the belly band.  The "Christmas" stamp is from Everyday Flexible Phrases and the "tags" is stamped using the fabulous Brushstroke Alphabet.  The best thing about this alphabet is how easy it is to stamp in a straight line…I need all the help I can get!  All images are copyright Stampin’ Up! 1990-2006.

Here are some tags that fit in the little tin…more later!100_3516

Happy Stamping,

Alison

This is a great idea for these tins. So many times I think what are people going to put in these little things!
