Good Morning,
I had my Stamper’s Club today and 3 of my customers brought cards to share. I’m thrilled to be able to showcase their talents on my blog…with their permission of course!
This card was created by Janice Spry. I love the simple elegance of this card. Everything is so beautifully done – the designer papers matched with the snowflake stamp and the sentiment layered on the two oval punches all tied together with the silver cord. A final touch – a little bit of glitter… Just a beautiful presentation!
The second card was created by Sonya Lore. Sonya explained the wax paper resist technique that she used on this card. I love the way she created a "sunburst" effect with the wax. The sentiment is stamped on twill and then mounted diagonally over all 3 layers – what a great idea. This is an absolutely stunning card!
The last card was created by Barb Paul. Barb stamped the trees from Solemn Stillness in StazOn ink and then silver embossed the "squiggly tree" over top…add a little glitter and you have this gorgeous presentation. I also love the way that Barb used the white card stock to create a small mat behind her first layer. This makes the images "pop" off the page. What a lovely effect!
We can all learn so much from each other – thanks for sharing!
Happy Stamping,
Alison
