It had been a while since I stamped for FUN so I invited my stamping buddies over for a play date on Friday. We had so much fun working on our individual projects. My friend, Sue Farrant, brought me a prezzie…this adorable decorated nugget box. It reminded me that I had made these in a while so I decided to include one in our club meeting on Sunday. They are so easy to make and you can’t go wrong with chocolate! Sue used the new Loves Me Designer Papers from the Winter Mini on her box and the new Flirty Ribbon (LOVE this ribbon). She even covered the Hersey Nuggets with the paper.
My version is for 3 nuggets and used the Kindness Wheel and the coordinating Simply Said stamp set. I used glossy paper for the lid and coloured it with sponge daubers and classic inks. The tag was made using the new smaller tag punch with the tag punch we’ve had for a while. It’s so easy to make tags with a matching layer. I used mailing labels (the peel and stick ones) for my nuggets – just decorate and stick them on to your chocolate. There’s even a little space left on the back so you can rip that paper off your chocolate in a hurry…a girl shouldn’t have to fight to get into her chocolate!
It’s a fun project!
