I’ve always loved the monochromatic look – especially black and white and shades of gray. Technically adding the Sahara Sand and Going Grey steps out of true monochromatic but I love to use them with black and white.
This card uses the new Spring Mini sets called Doodle This and Doodle That. I’ve also used a lovely sentiment set called Friendship Flowers.
This is another composition using the shades of the same 
colour I came up with last night for a swap I’m in with some friends. It uses the Au Chocolate Designer Series Paper from the new Spring Mini (watch for it on March 1st) along with the Doodle This stamp set. I embossed the flower using Chocolate Chip Craft Ink and clear embossing powder. You can get any colour of embossing powder by using Craft Inks and clear EP – the colour of the ink shows through the EP.
