Hello Stampers,
It's Border Buddy Saturday and it's Alison this week. I can't get enough of the Botanical Gardens suite of products including the Botanical Blooms Stamp Set, Botanical Builder Framelits and the gorgeous Botanical Garden Designer Series Paper.
In February, Patsy & I featured this set (along with the coordinating FREE Sale-a-braiton set Botanicals for You) in our Border Buddy Class and free card offer. There are so many ways to use the set, framelits and paper! Of course they go together beautifully but also can be used independently for amazing projects.
You can stamp an image from the stamp set and "cut" it out with the matching die, stamp details on die cut images, use the framelits on their own and stamp details right on the Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper. So many possibilities!
In the card I'm sharing today my friend Colleen Vassos added detail to the leaves and shadow to the flower to give it dimension. So pretty! I actually sighed when I opened the envelope and saw her card. Just love it!
I love how you can create this wonderful element to the edge of a card with the framelit. And that little peek of Designer Series Paper on the inside is perfect.
Here's one of the cards from our February free cards using the same edge to create an easy focal point!
