The Dragonfly Dreams and matching Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies have so many possibilities and today I'm sharing a glittery winged dragonfly.
I started by colouring the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper with Blushing Bride ink. I applied the ink with the direct-to-paper method which simply means applying the pad onto the paper, in this case the Glimmer paper. You may transfer some of the glitter from the paper to the pad but you can remove it easily by pressing a piece of clear packing tape to the surface of the pad and "lifting" off the glitter flakes.
I cut out the detailed dragonfly with the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits from the coloured Glimmer Paper and the bolder framelit from a piece of Vellum Cardstock. Then I snipped off the head and tail (no dragonfly was hurt in the making of this card) so I was left with the wings and attached it to the back of the detailed dragonfly.
The other papers used are Blushing Bride cardstock and the Falling in Love Designer Series Paper. I just love the softness of this elegant card which also includes the 5/8" Organza Ribbon and the Blushing Bridge 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon.
