An oldie but a goodie…bringing back the Bubble Technique

September 28, 2020 by Alison Solven

Hello Stampers!

Bubble Technique www.stampcrazywithalison.com-3

Sometimes it's fun to revisit an old technique that you haven't tried in a while. The Bubble Technique is one from years ago but it's super fun. You'll have the supplies you need at home already – water, reinkers, dish soap, cardstock (Whisper White, Very Vanilla, Shimmery White) straw and cup. I created the background in my snowflake card using Bermuda Bay as my reinker colour.

Use a very strong bright colour for the ink as it will fade and make sure you use enough drops to get a vibrant colour for your bubbles.

My favourite colours to use were Magenta Madness, Bermuda Bay, Cinnamon Cider, Mango Melody and Old Olive.

I've got a quick video showing you how to do this technique yourself:

I hope you'll give this technique a try at home – it addicting!
