Fall is Coming - Beautiful Autumn Bundle

Hello Stampers,

The weather in my part of the world is definitely changing to fall. The mornings are dewy and crisp and then the sun comes out and it's a beautiful fresh and warm day. We don't get a lot of changing colours on our trees in the Pacific Northwest but our Maples and other seasonal trees do change colour and it is a beautiful time of year.

I love the saying "Life is Better With You" from the Beautiful Autumn Stamp Set. The technique on this card is easy to do with sponges and ink. You can use a dauber if you prefer. Just add ink, layering colours to get the effect you want. Then stamp some leaves on the coloured strip.

The leaves are stamped on another piece that's been coloured the same way as the strip and then the leaves are punched out with the Autumn Punch Pack. Wink of Stella Glimmer Brush is added to the punched leaves before being popped up with Stampin' Dimensional on the card. I received this card in a swap from Sherry Roth and just loved the simplicity and serenity of her card.

In this card using the Beautiful Autumn Bundle the label from Tasteful Labels was cut out after the Very Vanilla piece was stamped and embossed and then fitted back in the space. It adds some dimension and texture.
