Love Love Love the colors in the Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper which is part of the Hydrangea Hill Suite we are featuring in this month's Border Buddy PDF Tutorial.

I choose to create a frame using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. Simple place one die inside the other and run it through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine to create the frame. Today's card is one of the cards featured in this month's tutorial.
