Layering Love – Sitting Here FREE PDF

One of the most adorable new stamp set from the 2016-2017 Annual Catalogue is called Sitting Here.  This adorable card sent to me by my friend Elaine pairs the porch swing, pillows and cat with the sentiment from another new stamp set called Layering Love.

All the elements on the card front are embossed with White embossing powder – make sure to use the Embossing Buddy first over the the cardstock to remove any oils.  This will help the embossing powder to only stick on the actual inked images.

The pillows are stamped with black ink and cut out.  There is an awesome technique to make them "poof" like real pillows.  Grab the stylus from the Simply Scored and a Stampin' Pierce Mat.  Turn over the cut out pillows and lay them flat on the Pierce Mat.  Use the larger bulb end of the stylus and rub each pillow gently pushing out the cardstock which makes the centers pop out just like real pillows.
